Testimonials

My daughter, Sarah Kate was diagnosed with Plantar's Faciatis last year. Because I suffered with it myself a few years ago, I almost despaired when my 11 year old developed it. Because Sarah Kate takes three dance classes a week and loves it, I just couldn't imagine how we were going to get that foot well and since I had the cortisone shot in my heel and it was extremely painful I did not want that for her.

Karen took an integrative approach combining traditional ultrasound and stretches and then altering her diet to bring down the inflammation in her body naturally. She also looked at the sole of Sarah Kate's shoes and built up the arches in her shoes so she had better support. That child's foot healed remarkably quickly and Karen took the time to make it interesting and fun for her to visit. I have since recommended Karen to everyone I have met who has plantar's faciatis. I haven't found her integrative approach anywhere here in Nashville and I feel confident in recommending her to my friends.
